Sustainable Cardiovascular Health Equity Development Alliance (SCHEDA) Joins the Campaign

We are thrilled to welcome SCHEDA to the National Heart Valve Disease Awareness Day Campaign as our 50th partner!

SCHEDA was founded with the mission to help reduce the morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular disease, especially from coronary artery disease, structural heart disease and peripheral vascular disease, in underserved low- and middle-income populations globally by bringing people, causes and organizations together. SCHEDA believes that everyone in the world should have access to cutting edge cardiovascular medical treatments, technologies and products to have a chance to live healthy lives regardless of who they are and where they live. We also believe that we can make a bigger impact on the lives of people in need when we work together with other people, non-profit groups and entities and bring causes together for a common goal. Our hypothesis is that working together with other people, organizations and entities, we can solve more problems and change more lives than what we could do alone.

Based on the above aspirations, we achieve our mission by supporting the:

  • Building Autonomous and Sustainable Interventional Cardiovascular Capacity
  • Increasing Access to Specialized Interventional Cardiovascular Patient Care.
  • Screening, Awareness, Education and Training Related to Cardiovascular Care.
  • Funding the Journey towards Sustainable Cardiovascular Care.
