In 2013 I was diagnosed with aortic stenosis and I blockage. After three years of tests, in 2016, it had open heart surgery for 1 bypass and to put in a prosthetic aortic valve. After 7 days in the hospital I was released I was told to star walking 15 min a day which scared me because I couldn’t walk 5 min without chest pain. Well I started walking 15 min. 3 times a day and before long I was walking 2 miles a day and no chest pain!
